Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail training@gfebs.com or fax to 571-379-5509. Our refund policies vary based on the course as noted below. Also, classes offered by DGI in conjunction with an educational partner may be subject to different refund policies. The cancellation and/or refund request date will be the date the e-mail or fax was received by DGI. Please allow up to 30 days to receive a refund.
For Daytime Classroom Courses
You may receive a full refund if the refund request is received as indicated below before the class or program begins. After that date, you may substitute another participant or transfer to another session, but refunds will not be made.
The maximum refund amounts for all courses are:
100% if refund request is received at least 4 weeks prior to the first class meeting.
50% if refund request is received at least 2 weeks prior to the first class meeting.
0% if refund request is received in the last two weeks before first class meeting.
Non attendance does not imply that a participant has been withdrawn from a class.
